Bae Yuh realizes that there is opportunity for manufacturing of Torque Rod Bushing meant for 20 ton loaded twin axle vehicles in Taiwan.(Concrete Mixer Wheel, Refueling Truck, Trailer, Container car) . Most heavy-duty truck parts’ supply relies on majority of four Japanese automobile factories either in Taiwan or other Asia Countries. Bae yuh puts in efforts on manufacturing production facility and breakthrough of technological difficult to develop ORIX torque rod bushing which bears identical specifications with Japanese manufacturer. Its product was engaged in vehicle test examination for three years. The duration has confirmed firmly that our product can last for 18 months long under normal usage. The rubber between two steel covers has the ability of anti-ageing and is able to maintain elasticity for long hours of usage. Last but not least, Bae yuh manage to provide substitution on imported product and also exporting abroad.

著眼台灣並無產製20噸車輛以上雙軸式重車(水泥攪拌車.油罐槽車、拖板車、貨櫃車)重車產業,多來來台灣國內重車零組件與東南亞市埸皆仰賴日製四大車廠進品,有鑑於此,本公司於是投入開發生產機具及突破製程技術,開發與日製相同規格的軸承扭力棒(ORIX Torque Rod Bushing),並從事實車測驗試達三年之久,證實了我們產品ORIX在正常使用的情形下耐用程度可達一十八個月之久,兩個鋼套中間的高性能橡膠並兼具有不易老化的特性,長年使用仍然保有彈性不易斷裂,此產品可供作進口品的替代,亦可外銷出口。

 

Description:

ORIX bushing is attached onto the two of the rod end twisting force (torque rod), the outer lane and inner ring are made up of large scale steel cover (sleeve), two steel cover intermediate on the steel trap in high property rubber( rubber) have a center axle( PIN).

The two end of axle center has screw regular hole (M 16) to fix in it, (Mount) the type of this one(Tandem) forms suspension 。 Control at the same time, acceleration, brake, power, in conjunction, allow axle move on past to move and twist, the two end control of axle absorbs angle strength, bushing is used in loaded vehicle hang the important element on system. This bushing from high property rubber( rubber) can alternate angle and displacement wantonly, the two rod two end bushing central a little displacement torsions of twisting force of axle center( the center to) are adjusted improvement wheel is contacted with rugged road surface produced oblique load and shake.

這個bushing是崁入扭力桿末(torque rod)兩端,這個bushing外圈與內圈是個大型鋼套(sleeve),兩個鋼套中間是個高性能橡膠(rubber)內鋼圈套有一支心軸(PIN)。

軸心兩端有螺絲固定孔(M16)可固定於座上(Mount)連結於車軸的前後兩端,這個(Tandem)的型態構成懸吊。同時控制加速與制動力,同時容許軸往上下移動和扭轉,在軸的兩端控制吸收角度力量,bushing是用於重車後懸吊系統
上的重要零件。這個bushing藉由高性能橡膠(rubber)的功能可任意變換角度與位移,扭力桿兩端bushing兩個軸心中心點位移扭轉(center to center)來調整改善車輪與崎嶇不平路面接觸產生的偏斜負載和震動。

這個bushing是重車通用規格的零件,可安裝於各種重車的鈕力桿末端,對於重車產生極佳的減震效果和舒適乘感,這個bushing來自我們的優良製造技術和改良設計,重車在額定負載承載,可達到耐伸拉、耐扭轉、長壽期的高品質效果及長時間的使用頻率,正常使用18個月以上使用年限。

在動態伸拉扭動測試機的兩端,這個bushing經過40萬回次(cycle)以上與日本四大廠產品同步接受超限扭力伸拉測試,並同時證實了我們產品的優良可靠。(同步動態伸拉、扭力測試條件:動態平移壓縮5mm,上下偏斜角度4°,每分鐘50回次) 。
